Proposed: this whole pageWe could not find a per-request detail/timeline view in the current client portal — only a flat list. This timeline, its four stages, and the "add a note" affordance are all proposed; none of the copy here (stage names, wording) is a documented product commitment.

Open questionWhether request status should be pushed to the client (email/notification) or is pull-only (they check this page). Not something we could verify from the running apps — needs a decision.
