Every request an organisation has raised, newest first — this queue records what was asked for, not what is true at the customer's DNS provider. Ayuda cannot see that from here.
What is different here. In the running console the Type column is empty for every row — typing exists in the schema and nothing populates it — so a domain connection arrives as prose an operator has to re-diagnose by interviewing the customer. Here it arrives typed domain-connect, carrying the domain, the environment, the record shape the customer says they used, and the customer's own mail snapshot.
